Users are solely responsible for all trades executed through our tools, including any losses incurred. BMM Technologies Ltd has no access to user broker accounts and cannot place trades on behalf of users without their explicit setup and consent.

Subscription payments are processed by Flutterwave or via manual bank/crypto transfer. BMM Technologies Ltd does not store card details or banking credentials. All payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms and security standards.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable Kenyan consumer protection law.

The BMM Partner Programme allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring paying customers. Commissions are earned on verified purchases only and are subject to our affiliate terms. BMM Technologies Ltd reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud, self-referral, or violation of affiliate terms.

We strive to maintain reliable, uninterrupted access to our platform, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. BMM Technologies Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. Signal delivery depends on third-party infrastructure including Telegram and our scanning engine — we are not liable for delays or failures in signal delivery.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

All content, software, scanner algorithms, branding, and materials on this platform are the intellectual property of BMM Technologies Ltd and are protected under Kenyan and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

The Killshot scanner source code provided as a one-time purchase is licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the source code is strictly prohibited.

This disclaimer and any disputes arising from your use of BMM Technologies Ltd services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
